Is there an ability to allow for a Facebook-like "friends" piece to this app? So that one app on our page will be a forum community but also act as a mini Facebook type social space?
We want the conversation thread and permanence of forum topics but to also mix with a Facebook-like connections.
Also something that would be highly useful is to allow forum members to pick a nickname or handle. This will protect their identity if they are also a customer on the site.
Please let me know about these items as we would like to move forward with implementation of community features very soon on our site. Thanks!
