Is there an API available?

  We hope that users can access the forum not only on Shopify.
  
  We hope that it can be accessed on our mobile app, but the style will be inconsistent through webview.
  
  So I would like to ask, is there an API that allows users to browse, create, and modify articles?
  
  Is there a button that allows users to temporarily hide the article? Or turn it into a draft form. So that when the user needs to re-edit the article, the published article can be undisplayed first.
