Order of replies within a topic - Newest reply on top???

  I noticed when looking at a topic, I have to scroll all the way to the bottom of a string of responses when looking for the latest replies on a topic.

  Can this be changed?  It should be an easy change to be fair.  The latest and newest response should be at the top.
