    1. Do you offer password-protected message between customers and admin? Thinking to use as a Q&A with customers. 

    2. When the admin posts an answer. Can it be notified to the customer via email? 

    Please advise.

    Hi, Thank you for your interest in our forum platform.

    Yes, when admin replies to a customer's post. An email notification will be sent to the author (customer). It also works for replies from other members (not only admin).
