Just purchased the app but can not seem to contact the developer

  When I first reviewed this app around xmas I contacted the dev and he told me they could import all of my Asgaros Forup posts.  This was awesome, so when I was finished configuring my site I reached out but nothing but dead air since and its been more than a week.  Does anyone know what is happening or how to contact them?
